About Claudia

Meet Claudia Simisek

Rooted in Culture. Led by Heart.

Claudia Simisek is an educator, speaker, podcast host, cultural advocate, and community builder whose work brings together education, wellness, heritage, movement, and belonging.

She is the founder of Espirales Bilingual Montessori. She has spent over 15 years creating culturally responsive learning environments that support children while strengthening the families and communities around them. Her work is grounded in a simple but powerful belief:

Children learn best when they feel seen, families thrive when they feel supported, and communities grow stronger when culture is treated as a source of knowledge rather than an occasional celebration.

Trained in psychology and Montessori education, Claudia approaches learning as a whole-person experience. She understands that education is not limited to academics. It also shapes identity, confidence, emotional well-being, family relationships, and a child’s sense of belonging in the world.

But Claudia’s work does not stop at the classroom door.

As a speaker and facilitator, she works with educators, schools, families, women, and community organizations to create spaces where people can learn, reconnect, and grow. Her speaking and workshop topics include bilingual education, culturally responsive learning, family engagement, women’s wellness, conscious leadership, identity, heritage, and community development.

Claudia is also a doula, Reiki practitioner, women’s-circle facilitator, movement instructor, and Dominican folkloric dancer. She uses movement as a tool for cultural preservation, personal expression, healing, and connection.

Through her involvement in Dominican folkloric arts, she helps carry cultural memory forward—not as something frozen in the past, but as something living, joyful, and meant to be shared.

Her work with women is equally grounded in care. Claudia supports women through life transitions, motherhood, wellness practices, embodied movement, and spaces designed for reflection and community. She believes that people deserve support that recognizes the mind, body, spirit, family, and culture as interconnected.

Through Culture Circle, Claudia is expanding this work beyond one school or one professional title. Culture Circle is her broader platform for education, wellness, speaking, media, cultural programming, and meaningful community partnerships.

She is also the host of The Circle We Build, a podcast featuring honest conversations about culture, education, wellness, family, identity, and the communities we are creating together.

Whether she is speaking at a conference, guiding a workshop, recording a podcast, supporting a family, or dancing in celebration of Dominican heritage, Claudia brings the same intention to every space.

To help people feel seen.

To help culture remain alive.

To help learning feel human.

And to build communities where belonging is not an afterthought—it is where everything begins.

Portrait Of A Black Businesswoman In Office

Meet Tina

While I loved working in-house as an executive coach for many years, I became passionate about the idea of helping more small businesses succeed. When I met Rose, I knew the opportunity had finally arrived. We quickly bonded over our desire to work with entrepreneurs, and within the year Bloom Coaching was born. We now have the pleasure of working with aspiring business owners and entrepreneurs from all over the world.
